Facilitating the development and regulation of offshore wind farms and other power generation, including export via transmission cables.

Clean Energy Finance Corporation (Grid Reliability Fund)

Establishing a $1 billion fund to support investments in new clean energy generation, storage and transmission infrastructure.

Corporations Amendment (Improving Outcomes for Litigation Funding Participants)

Regulating the class action industry to ensure proceeds of successful class actions go substantially to impacted individuals, rather than class action funders and investors.
