Foundations for Tomorrow is a youth-led not for profit that conducted a national consultation with young Australians on such eclectic topics as climate change, individual wellbeing and security, and equity and inclusion. The consultation received more than 10,000 responses, drawing data from both survey and social media polling.
On 1 September last week, Foundations for Tomorrow released itsAwareness to Action Report, which detailed the statistical findings of their research. The goal of this report is to build a bridge between Australia's young people and its policymakers, while driving greater youth engagement in politics.
"The Awareness to Action Report is a valuable and significant resource for decision-makers. I commend the youth-led team at Foundations ofTomorrow for their hard work on this report, and I thank the thousands of youngAustralians who contributed to this initiative," said Dave Sharma, theFederal Member for Wentworth.
